Directions

From the M23 exit at junction 9 following signs for Gatwick Airport and the South Terminal. Then follow signs for the long term car park. Clear yellow signs will then direct you to the Parking Voucher Holder Only Car Park on the left hand side. You are now following signs for Pre-booked parking only, which will take you to the entrance barriers.

Security

Parking Express holds the ACPO Gold Secure Award which means that it has been recognised by the Association of Chief Police Officers as being extremely secure. There are high fences, CCTV, lighting and patrols by security officers.

Other Information

On arrival - Take a ticket at the entrance barrier, then follow the signs to the appropriate area to park your car. After parking your car proceed to a bus stop to await a bus transferring you to the airport. During peak periods your keys may be taken and car parked for you. Cars are block parked by the car park staff in a secured compound.
On return - After transferring back to the car park, providing your booking reference is printed on your entry ticket, drive to the exit barrier, insert your entry ticket and depart. Should the word 'Cashier' and NOT your booking reference appear on the entry ticket, park outside the exit office and exchange your entry ticket and printed confirmation, or quote your booking reference to obtain your exit ticket to depart from the car park.
We strongly recommend you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your flight check-in time. However during peak periods and rush hours you should allow additional time.
