Directions

Travel to Heathrow Airport following the signs and a representative of Purple Parking, who will be in uniform and have identification, will meet you at the Departure Terminal.

Security

Your car will be taken to the Purple Parking car park, which has security fencing, CCTV, 24 hour security and are holders of the Police Gold Secure Car Parks Award.

Other Information

On arrival - The chauffeur will meet you outside departures in the CAR LANE and take your car to the secure car park. If using Terminal 1, please use the lower/left section of Departures.
The chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes after the requested time. If you are running late please call the Chauffeur Helpline 0845 850 5859 (International +44 20 8813 8130). A charge will apply in the event of non-arrival or cancellation or amendment within one hour prior to your allotted time.
On return - You will be met outside the terminal by the chauffeur and you can simply drive away. Full instructions will be issued on arrival at the airport.
